The BlueCat trademark is owned by the Brockley Group a private Irish Company. AdBlue is manufactured in Ireland at the Brockley Group production facility in Rathcoole, Co Dublin. As the only Irish producer, BlueCat has a cost advantage over other suppliers who have to import the AdBlue solution.

BlueCat is only Irish company officially licensed by the VDA. BlueCat AdBlue is manufactured in a highly controlled environment that fully complies with the official ISO22241 Parts 1-4 (formerly DIN70070), AUS32 and CEFIC quality standards. The company accredited to ISO9001:2000 and complies with Responsible Care guidelines.
