BlueCat AdBlue offers the most robust and the safest stainless steel coupling system compared with other systems available on the market. The coupling system is designed for durability, heavy industrial use and its non-return valve system guarantees excellent security against cross-contamination and tampering of AdBlue additive.
BlueCat dispensing has three layers of security to protect you and your vehicle. Central to it is the unique stainless steel one-way valve system. This one-way valve prevents back-flow contamination and together with the security ties and tags provide the tamperproof guarantee you get with BlueCat AdBlue, important when a poisoned catalyst is expensive to replace.

Second the unique 4-pin one-way dispensing valve couples positively, easily and securely to the tank or container. It is tamper-proof to prevent interference with the integrity of the batch. And because all BlueCat drums and IBCs are fitted with the same 4-pin valves users can upgrade to larger packaging at zero cost by keeping the same pump system as their needs grow.
And there are no splashes, spillages or risk to workplace safety or heavy equipment to man-handle... just a lightweight & robust stainless coupling valve to mate to your choice of drum, IBC or tank.
Finally, once the patented 4-pin one-way dispense valve is installed in the Drum or IBC, we secure it to the vessel with a tamper-evident clinch ring.  So you can be sure that it's only BlueCat AdBlue in the vessel.

Product security is at the heart of everything we do at BlueCat.  After all, you want to be assured that your AdBlue arrives in tip-top condition... and then stays that way right up to the nozzle.
Once filled, the drum or IBC is fitted with a tamper-evident valve-cover to protect it from dust or contamination so you can be sure that it's as pure as the minute  it left the factory.

The BlueCat system features proven and rugged stainless steel components manufactured to the demanding British Standard 6356 part 9 for secure chemical transfer that exceed the European CEFIC Standards for the handling of AdBlue.

A series of dispensing meters and pumps have been designed for AdBlue from manual entry level to sophisticated electronic options. All carry the BlueCat Dispensing Solutions approval for use with AdBlue to Din 70070.
The self priming pump is top-discharging connected via our unique valve system to an internal dispense tube that reaches all the way down to the bottom so nothing is left behind.
